Welcome to "Even When We're Ghosts" - the first leg of my project, where the captivating art of abandoned building photography has evolved into a poignant documentation of the disappearing family farmstead across the upper Midwest. We begin with Minnesota. Through my lens and collaboration with landowners and previous residents, I aim to preserve the rich history of these once thriving homesteads that are now succumbing to the ravages of time and nature... before they disappear completely, before those who lived there have all gone, so that we can be remembered, even when we're ghosts.
